More about the therapies

​

  • Emotional Therapy is suitable for most people and is more direct than counselling, we aim to help you find what is keeping you back from being your best self.

  • We start with an agreement that everything is confidential and there is a free "getting to know you" session.​

  • We both agree on how often your appointments are​

  • ​Each appointment is between 45 to 90 minutes depending on how the flow of conversation is going.

  • ​The cost is the same throughout of the course of therapy and is charged per session, once a price is agreed, this will not change for you.

  • Meeting a new therapist can be nerve-wracking for the first time, but don't worry I am quite friendly and it can be like chatting to a friend.

  • As I work closely with senior members of various therapy associations, my learning and development is always ongoing as a practitioner, which means you benefit from new findings in the therapy field.

  • Our work is conducted in person or on Zoom, so distance is no object.

  • I am also a qualified and experienced Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and Reiki Master so these modalities can be used in your treatments when appropriate to give the best results possible.
