My Approach
The concept of Emotional Therapy centres on the difficulties' people experience, which are centred around feelings and subconscious reactions rather than conscious thoughts. We offer an approach which looks primarily at the emotional reactions and attempts to neutralise the negative emotional remnants of trauma and encourage the positive emotions related to your life experiences. The approach I offer is a combination of modern Emotional Counselling and Traditional Counselling techniques from various sources, making a result that the sessions are tailored to you as a person and as closely as possible encourage you to delve into your issues and explore them in a safe space.

For those who are already in touch with their emotions but just need help processing in a safe place, or who are not yet ready to face the work of digging into the causes, Blue Sage Psychotherapy also offers a choice of, or mix of massage therapy, acupuncture, and Reiki to help you deal with your heavy emotional load, and help you get through daily life.
About me
My name is Michelle and I've been helping people with emotional issues for quite some time now.
It all started with a course in Psychology which I loved and sparked an interest in me of how the mind works, since then I've never looked back.
I have trained in Chinese Medicine, Reiki and Clinical Massage therapy as well as Emotional Therapy and use all these modalities on a regular basis to help people deal with mental health issues.
